1.	A 50% deposit must be received to begin the production of your order.
2.	The balance is due in full upon completion of your order.
3.	Orders to be shipped within 30 days require pre-payment in full.
4.	All orders must be paid in full before shipment.
5.	Canceled orders are charged a 25% handling fee to offset incurred expenses.
6.	All product prices quoted are F.O.B. Whiteville, N.C. 28472
7.	Once materials are purchased the purchase price is guaranteed. However, due to the scarcity of our raw material, availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
8.	Skid and packaging charges are $125.00 per 1,000 sq. ft.

1.	Normal order processing time is 4 to 6 weeks.
2.	Orders for large quantities may require more time. We strongly encourage the customer to take advantage of our warehouse facility by placing the order as far in advance as possible. This will ensure that your order will conveniently fit your construction schedule.
3.	Customer notification will take place when the order is ready for shipment.
4.	Orders are shipped freight-collect by common carrier. J.L. Powell & Company's shipping discounts of up to 70% will be applied.
5.	Orders to be shipped freight pre-paid are charged a $50.00 processing fee.
